RETURNS  

We have a very liberal return policy. 

**ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION**  

If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction we will accept returns withing 30 days. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Of course we will also accept returns on any defective merchandise.  

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:  

1. Email for authorization: returns@toolboxclothing.com

2. Wait for authorization number. Please note: UNAUTHORIZED AND LATE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

3. Return your item with the original packing slip and any protective packing materials. Include a note of explanation and send to:

Please mark your authorization number on the outside of the package.  

If you are requesting an exchange please indicate your preference including size and color.
We do not charge additional shipping on exchanges.  

**Note: Orders which are shipped free (domestic orders $50 and over) may have a fee deducted from returns if the order falls below the qualifying amount. 

Returned merchandise will be credited to your account. Sorry, but we do not refund the original shipping charges.
